North Ridge is a massive, multi-decade expansion phase of The Ridge development in Rochester, New Hampshire, spanning approximately 160 acres—more than triple the size of the project’s first two phases combined. Designed as a "live, work, and play" campus, the preliminary vision for North Ridge includes a signature 36,000-square-foot event venue modeled after Pittsburgh’s Stage AE for concerts and weddings, a health and wellness campus, market-rate residences, an expansive retail and restaurant hub and an extensive network of outdoor trails connecting the site to downtown Rochester. This phase aims to transform the Route 11 corridor into a regional landmark, potentially adding a hotel, high-end retail brands like Barnes & Noble, and significant new housing, with the developer estimating it could eventually generate over $5 million in annual tax revenue and support thousands of local jobs.
